At Heenat Salma Farm, we sincerely believe in the concept of “Farm-to-Table.” It’s our mission to provide you with simple, nutritious meals using seasonal, home-grown produce freshly harvested from our very own farm. 

That’s why we are excited to announce our upcoming culinary classes, designed to enhance your culinary skills and broaden your knowledge of the world of cooking. Hosted by our talented artisanal chefs, these classes will ensure a great experience for every participant. 

All summer long, join us every Monday and Tuesday from 5 pm to 7 pm as we dive into the art of cooking and explore a variety of cooking techniques. Learn how to create and work with fresh dairy products, discover the perfect pairing of spices and herbs, and improve your overall culinary skills. 

We believe that learning should be enjoyable, which is why our culinary classes provide a relaxed and friendly environment where you can interact with fellow food enthusiasts. You will gain valuable insights, exchange ideas, and create lasting memories. 

Participation in our culinary classes is only 150 QAR per person, offering exceptional value for a unique and educational experience. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enrich your culinary knowledge and elevate your cooking skills.

Price: 150 QAR  


  • Cooking Methods: Understanding different cooking techniques such as sautéing, roasting, grilling, boiling, steaming, and frying.
  • Stocks and Sauces: Preparing foundational stocks and creating flavorful sauces to enhance dishes.
  • Plating and Presentation: Mastering the art of presenting dishes beautifully on the plate.
  • Ingredient Identification: Identifying and understanding various fruits, vegetables, meats, and herbs.
  • Baking and Pastry: Exploring the art of baking, making dough, and creating pastries.
  • Menu Planning: Learning how to create well-balanced menus and pairing dishes.
  • Dietary Preferences: Accommodating various dietary needs and preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.
  • Plant base protein.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if a cancellation request is received more than 12 hours prior to the class time. 
  • No refund if a cancellation request is received less than 12 hours prior to the class time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a class, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed class to within the coming weeks from its original date.
  • In the event we do not reschedule the cancelled class, registrant will be offered a refund or a voucher for the same value or above. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any fee(s) already paid.
  • Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
