Sunday Wellness Sessions

8:30AM - Breathwork & Meditation

Start your day in a soothing and peaceful atmosphere of our open deck with this 30 minute session. Learn specific breathwork practices and meditation to uplift, cleanse and balance your energy system, and calm body and mind.

9 AM - Hatha Yoga

Classical slower paced Yoga sessions to create calm, vibrant start of the day. This session includes classical posses, breathing tehniques and meditation to help you develop flexibility, mobility, strength, balance and mindfulness.

10 AM - Hatha Yoga *Ladies Only

Classical slower paced Yoga sessions to create calm, vibrant start of the day. This session includes classical posses, breathing tehniques and meditation to help you develop flexibility, mobility, strength, balance and mindfulness.

The deck is privatized and secluded for the ladies only practice. 

4 PM - Yin Yoga *Ladies only

Quiet, meditative practice with long deep holding of the postures to bring new energy flow into the organs, connective tissues and fascia throughout the body.

5 PM - Hatha Flow Yoga

This Yoga session blends the slower pace of the flowing sequences of the Vinyasa style.  Invigorating blend that builds both power and strength in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind.

For the best experience:

• Wear comfortable clothes.
• Come 10 min before the beginning of the session.
• Turn off your phone during the session.
• The class is outdoor at the open deck (close to the parking).

Cancellations and refunds:

• Full refund if a cancellation request is received more than 12 hours prior to the class time.

• No refund if a cancellation request is received less than 12 hours prior to the class time.

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a class, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed class to within the coming weeks from its original date. 
  
  
• In the event we do not reschedule the cancelled class, registrant will be offered a refund or a voucher for the same value or above. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any fee(s) already paid.
  
  
• Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
